I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia as well as National Certified in Counseling (NCC). I graduated with my B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University and obtained my M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and have been providing outpatient therapeutic services since 2018. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I specialize in child-centered for children as young as 3 years old and up to 12 years old by utilizing play therapy, sand tray therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I facilitate play therapy techniques to foster self-esteem and resilience as I believe addressing challenges at a young age provides a better future. I tailor treatment for each patient, based on the presenting issues and goals of treatment. I provide services to children, adolescents, and their families as well as adults. I strive to help my patients gain the tools they need to navigate through life’s challenges and move forward in confidence and hope
